安装好anaconda之后，在新建环境时遇到报错：

CondaHTTPError: Caused by SSLError("Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is not available)

在Github上找到解决方案：Github issues
原因是OpenSSL没安装，安装后将所在文件夹的/Bin文件夹添加到环境变量的Path中即可
